Do I have to bring my own containers for refill?

No! But you absolutely can. Start with one of ours plastic or glass or bring a container of your choice!

Does my container have to be empty to be refilled?

If you are refilling the container with the same product it does not. You can bring it in when convenient for you and we will weigh and fill them.

Do you customize your products?

Depending on the product we absolutely can. Candles, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Room & Body Sprays, Bath Bombs etc. We can also customize labels for your event or business. We also offer a partner program.

What is your partner program?

Partnered businesses that use our products within their businesses get a 20% discount.

Do you offer delivery?

We do! You can order online and we will deliver for free within the Saugeen Shores area. Delivery outside of the Saugeen Shores area will be communicated after order received. We also ship worldwide!

What is your porch refill program?

Once a month we pick up your refills placed on your front step and refill them, returning to you full. This is an auto pay account system and each order returned same day. We  reach out to all participants a week before refill day and schedule them in. Not ready for refills? We will reach out the next month!

Are your products Canadian?

If we don't make them, I source Canadian products. Most of the companies I support are female owned and operated. We only have one line that isn't Canadian - it's our Katari Skin Care line where all products are from small farms in Egypt and the Natural Oil Perfume is custom from France.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to exchange or refund products. However, if you have an allergic reaction to any of the natural products we are certainly open to finding a solution.

What preservatives does Eminence Use in their products?

Eminence uses a combination of safe, gentle and natural preservative systems that are best suited for each product and preserve the benefits of the fruits, vegetables and herbs.

What is the shelf life on Eminence products?

The shelf life of the average Eminence product is 12 months. We find that with daily use a moisturizer will typically last 6-7 months, toners, cleansers, serums and oils 3-4 months. Masques 6-8 months with regular use.

Do you customize each facial?

Absolutely! No two facials are exactly the same as your skin, your environment, and other factors are always changing. We will look at your skin, find out what you're looking to achieve and then come up with the best product combination for you.

What is your facial frequency recommendation?

Ideally, you will treat your face to a facial every 4-6 weeks. This ensures our more potent professional products used in the treatment room help you achieve your skin care goals. Also, it's a healthy reset for stress relief and relaxation. A facial is more than just a facial at Re:mind.

Do you have a spa membership?

Yes, we have a 6 month and 12 month spa membership, it includes a free Eminence gift and a discount on the facials.

What is your Eminence subscription program?

All Eminence products can be added to a subscription basis where they are automatically shipped, delivered or ready for pickup. The benefit is that you never have to wait for your product to be ready when you're low on product. Save money on each item and receive free gifts throughout the year.

Do you offer manicures/pedicures?

At this time no. But check back because I am always looking at options to better serve you.

Event

Can I book your space to host a party or event?

Absolutely. We have rented to other businesses or photographers to use the space for their own activities. We have also hosted Christmas parties, bachelorettes etc. We can do activities or just play the music for you to gather somewhere that smells great and you don't have to clean up!

Can I book you for a private event in my home?

Absolutely! Let me bring the DIY activity, meditation or facial to you!
