Jessica is a Certified birth and postpartum Doula as well as a pregnancy and infant loss Doula. On top of teaching mindfulness and gentle yoga Jessica is also a prenatal yoga instructor and teaches a baby and me yoga.
Jessica loves to help moms on their journey of pregnancy and with their new babes.
Her passion for yoga and meditation started as a mental health nurse and then when she was pregnant with her twin daughters, Pippa and Lina. Jessica finds peace in practicing and teaching.
Wednesdays at 12:30 take part in a 45 minute restorative yoga class and then grab some treats to go!
Wednesdays at 1:30 relax into a yoga class geared specifically for people who have suffered trauma and PTSD.
