Mindful Practice: Yoga
Pranassage is a creative synthesis of bodywork and yoga. It is an experience that incorporates assisted stretch and body postures. In Pranassage, relaxation is the field in which intuition, meditation, concentration, awareness, integration, and healing emerge. A wonderful practice of sacred space for human connection. In this one-hour session, Anna will move you through a series of full body movements and gentle stretches while you fully relax on a yoga mat, focusing on your breathing and allowing your body and mind to let go of tension and unhealthy holding patterns. No yoga experience is required. This experience will offer you with the following: *Deep relaxation *In-depth awareness of body sensations *Lightness of being, created by gravity and pressure *Energetic alignment
Trained as an Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher, I creatively embrace all traditions of yoga in my vinyasa flow instruction. My classes include guided posture flow, free form movement, breath awareness, balance sequences, selfawakening therapeutic conditioning, fluid restorative, pranassage, deep relaxation and meditation. I believe in fostering awareness and respect for each student’s unique body, allowing all to fully receive the benefits of yoga. My comprehensive practice facilitates an overall sense of wellbeing, which deepens the connection between mind, body and inner spirit.
Anna has trained in Canada, United States & Costa Rica, and hosted retreats, workshops and teachings across Canada, the United States and Costa Rica.
Anna also is a passionate artist whose work is whimsical, inviting & uplifting.
